    This is inaccurate in some ways.. For example milk has been shown to increase risk of fractures and inflammation due to cow specific sugars and hormones we can not handle. Similarly for bread, it is totally unhealthy as are most grasses for the same reason. Bread is high GI and can cause inflammation as well as diabetes. And fat has been shown to not only be a ok, but actually necessary like the oil in a car engine. Besides the liver converts sugar to fat so it’s pointless to avoid fat and explains why low fat diets fail if not make the problem worse. This article suggests replacing fat with toxic sugars and dairy and contradicts current research.

      Let me begin with the point where I agree. Cereal is not healthy breakfast! I agree with Ahmed however, that oatmeal is the best breakfast you can have. Throw in some fresh fruit and you are good to go!
      But this is where the agreement stops. In general all kinds of diets which puts in great limitations (like avoid all carbs) are suboptimal in my opinion and bare the risk that people forget the overall most important principle: To eat with great variety! Second most important principle: Eat unprocessed food (limit intake of white bread and sugars).
      Too much of anything is not good for you, that goes for everything, also meat. High protein diets is hard on your kidneys, and could in worst case lead to kidney damage.

    Eating bread and pasta for an average person is okay, but not for a fatty one or someone who’s willing to lose weight. A healthy lifestyle will insure all ingested calories in food are well consumed and that the body makes out of them maximum benefit.

    Totally agree with you about the body need for fats.
    Fats from fish source are the healthiest because they are much more utilized in the body than any other kind of fats coming from other sources. So, taking fats from fish is almost a must thing. Fats generally are needed in the body, but the right question is where do they come from? What are their sources?

    It’s not absolutely pointless to avoid sugars and/or fats, however, it’s somewhat a hard task that could be fulfilled to a very great extent and that one big thing people do to get off some weight.

    The article is focusing generally on sorts of foods and drinks that better to be avoided and others which are very important to be eaten or drunk.

    Cereals and whole grains are healthy, they’re massive sources of protein. And having them on breakfast with some addition like cream-free milk makes it a complete meal.

    For me, oatmeal with honey is one of the best breakfasts I would ever have.
